Most of us are all too familiar with a Western mindset that emphasizes striving, doing and analyzing over flowing, being and feeling. The questions below were created to reflect this context.
They are by no means exhaustive but provide a taste of what inner balance feels like.

Relationship with yourself:​

​How important is having a spiritual practice that helps you turn inwards, and ultimately grow in consciousness?
